Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, duly granted herein, and entered in the Office of the Clerk of Clinton County, New York, I, Joseph Lavorando, Esq., the Referee therein named, with the assistance of Uncle Sam Auctions & Realty, Inc. will sell at public auction in the lobby of the Clinton County Courthouse, County Government Center, Plattsburgh, New York, on Tuesday, June 21, 2005, at 10:00 a.m., the premises described in said Judgment as follows:

SEE SCHEDULE "A" ATTACHED HERETO.

Said premises are to be sold as follows: the sale of Lot B, Lot D and Lot E set forth on Schedule "A" shall be conducted in an order of the Referee's discretion as singular or combination sales with the improvements and fixtures located thereon. Said sales, shall be subject to (a) any state of facts an accurate survey may show, (b) covenants, restrictions and easements of record, (c) federal, state and municipal laws, regulations and ordinances and any violations thereof affecting the Mortgaged Property, (d) the rights and interests of all tenants of said Mortgaged Property who or which are not joined in this action, (e) claims, if any, of any Indian Tribe or Tribes or Groups (f) the right of redemption of the

United States of America, if any, (g) the rights and interests of any secured party under a properly filed Financing Statement who or which are not joined in this action.
